Hours: Part- time- Friday, Saturday and Monday- 9am- 5:15pm

Job description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or getting in touch by phone. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance and support customers in making confident choices. The role also includes light admin, follow-up emails to local architects/designers, and contributing to the welcoming showroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with customer enquiries in-store and over the phone
Providing advice and product knowledge with a design-focused edge
Emailing follow-ups to local architects and designers
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Work closely in a team dynamic to achieve business goals on a daily basis

Key Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident, personable, and well-presented
Organised and literate with good attention to detail
Comfortable in a sales environment and happy to offer design guidance
